Disagreements and conflict are common and inevitable, and learning to handle them effectively is important in maintaining good relationships. In this session, you'll discover strategies for handling disagreements in ways that will preserve your friendships and relationships while making sure your own needs are met. We'll discover active listening and discover new skills to help you work through conflicts constructively and maintain strong bonds.
