Ana is a Counsellor at Concordia's Counselling and Psychological Services. Her role involves providing individual short-term counselling, as well as designing and facilitating psychoeducational workshops for students in different areas related to mental health.
In her work, Ana primarily aims to enhance self-awareness, resilience and self-compassion through a trauma-informed lens. By combining insight, acceptance and change, Ana walks alongside students to build a better relationship with themselves and others.
