Focused on menstrual pain, disorders, and diseases, this workshop aims to create a safe space for discussion and to inform participants. Using a framework of explanations-symptoms-treatments, we will also explore what are considered normal parameters of the menstrual cycle, allowing us to debunk certain beliefs and myths (menstrual pain, blood color, vaginal discharge, etc.).
