Join Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre, psychologist, Wellness Counsellor at Zen Dens, and Jen Bourque, Chaplain and Coordinator at the Multi-faith and Spirituality Centre, for some reflections on compassion and a chance to practice compassion to self and others while you run or walk.
You can choose if you want to run or walk alone or with a group. Come dressed for the weather—we’ll go out rain or shine—and with shoes and clothes that allow you to move your body!
We’ll regroup after the walk or run at the Z Annex for some coffee or tea and a chance to share our learning.
