Restorative or relaxation yoga has numerous benefits to parents, helping them manage the physical, mental, and emotional demands of parenting. The aim of this session is to help parents practice self care which in turn will lead to better parenting skills.
Self-Care: Parenthood can sometimes lead to neglect of self-care. Restorative yoga serves as a reminder to take time for oneself, fostering a sense of self-worth and self-love.
Better Parenting Skills: When parents are more relaxed and centered, they are better equipped to handle the challenges of parenting with patience and empathy.
