  • Introduction of Comm-Un's Project: University of Streets Project (5:00 pm - 5:30 pm) Discover Comm-Un, a non-profit organization in Milton Parc, advocates for an action plan to bridge the gap between resources, knowledge, and community engagement.
  • Panel Discussion: "Universities and Homelessness" (5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)
    Dive into a critical panel discussion that explores the multifaceted role of universities in approaching homelessness. Our panellists will share their perspectives, experiences, and visions for a more holistic and impactful engagement.
  • BREAK (6:30-6:45 pm)
  • Workshop: "Mobilizing Researchers and University Resources" (6:45 pm - 8:00 pm) Engage in a dynamic workshop where participants will actively explore alternative ways to mobilize researchers and leverage university resources effectively. Facilitated by social workers and community researchers, this interactive session aims to foster innovative ideas and actionable strategies.
