Jela Dela Peña, an undergrad film production student of Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema in Concordia, is presenting their short film finished in their second year of filmmaking II under the supervision of Professor Marianna Milhorat.
This piece of work, Aking Senakulo, is a speculative experimental film that explores their perspective of queer identities under the light of religious and colonial prisms.
This event will be started with opening remarks from the director, synopsis of the film, and an invitation to the Q&A session afterwards.
