Join us for a celebration of our collaborative experiment in sharing power and community leadership.
As part of our mandate to facilitate collaboration across difference, SHIFT has been integrating principles of shared power into our decision making structures since we opened in 2019. Following recommendations developed through an evaluation of our governance system, the SHIFT Governance Hub has created a new visual diagram that shows the components and relationships of our shared power system.
