In this hands-on workshop, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into public speaking. Together we will focus on the concept of connection vs. perfection, how to manage fear & anxiety of public speaking, and unpack the value of vulnerability. Through interactive and low-stakes activities, we will learn about storytelling and improvisation techniques so you can immediately practice what you’re learning in a highly supportive environment and receive immediate feedback. Together, we will help you to feel more confident in your presentations, pitches, interviews, and more! Join us to identify your unique voice and create a fluid and adaptable style that is authentically you!

Speakers at all levels are encouraged to attend.

You will learn:

  • Public speaking ideals of connection vs. perfection, managing fear, and the value of vulnerability
  • Advice for integrating storytelling into your upcoming public speaking opportunities
  • Tips for speaking off-the-cuff, with little or no preparation
  • Strategies to find your own voice and use it effectively
