The Management candidate program is a leadership training designed for recent graduate to learn leadership and management skills in retail operations. Graduates can then fast-track their career to bigger leadership positions. We build global leaders who are capable of independent thinking and decision-making, even in times of rapid change - leaders who will motivate and engage others, take decisive action, and achieve results with their team.

You will start your career as a UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) by aiming to become the manager of a store as quickly as possible. From there, you will expand further afield to take on the challenge of running larger stores, or working in corporate or international positions as a global leader.

UNIQLO is a brand of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., a leading Japanese retail holding company with global headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. Today the company has a total of more than 2,400 UNIQLO stores across the world, including Japan, Asia, Europe, and North America.
