Leadership takes many forms, and thoughtful leaders can create impactful and inclusive teams by understanding power dynamics, embracing diverse leadership styles, and cultivating self-awareness. This workshop explores unconventional approaches to leadership and provides strategies to build your capacity for thoughtful, transformational leadership. Through interactive exercises and discussions, you will:

  • Discover the types of power you can hold in a team
  • Explore diverse leadership styles, including quiet and transformational leadership
  • Develop self-awareness using psychological tools like the Johari Window
  • Learn to approach feedback constructively in various work environments
  • Build a growth mindset that prioritizes learning and development

This workshop also covers practical strategies to navigate challenging feedback, harness constructive feedback for transformation, and identify ways to turn self-awareness into meaningful self-development.
