About Carla
Meet Carla Marrouche, a proud Concordia Alumna (MA, Human Systems Intervention 2023 and BComm. Human Resource Management, 2017) and a dynamic and accomplished individual whose journey spans continents and cultures. Having spent her formative years living abroad, she moved to the Middle East, where she embraced the challenge of living independently while building a life centered around resilience and ambition.
As an international student, Carla studied and achieved remarkable milestones in Canada, earning multiple scholarships, pursuing advanced education, and contributing meaningfully to her community. She has accumulated over 5 years experience in recruitment with large-scale organizations. From advocating for mental health to volunteering abroad, her experiences reflect her dedication to personal growth and making a positive impact. Her unique blend of global experiences, independence, and drive has shaped her into a confident and resourceful individual who thrives on pushing boundaries and inspiring others to do the same.
