The value and importance of negotiation cannot be overstated as a key to enhanced personal and professional relationships and fostering trust. Negotiation however, can be intimidating as a concept, and consequently, is often avoided leaving everything from salary and employee benefits, win-win business outcomes, and fair and open collaboration, unexplored and unleveraged. This workshop is designed to highlight the advantages of negotiation while offering participants effective negotiation tools, strategies, and processes to apply in real-life negotiation scenarios.
