This is part of a series of engAGE Student Presentations and will feature the research of Daniela Presta, a PhD candidate in the Department of Health, Kinesiology and Applied Physiology.

Part 1 of the session will begin with a brief presentation on how easy at home exercises can improve strength and independence.

Part 2 will feature an interactive 40-minute resistance training program consisting of easy bodyweight exercises you can do at home over Zoom. No exercise experience is required! The session will conclude with time for student and community discussion.
