Manager discussion forum: Building bridges and enhancing teamwork and communication

This in-person discussion forum explores building bridges, enhancing teamwork, and improving communication. Facilitators will share best practices and practical tips, followed by interactive small-group exercises where participants can apply their learning through real-world scenarios.
