In November 2020, Concordia launched its first-ever Sustainability Action Plan. The five-year Plan was developed over a period of two years with the participation of students, faculty, and staff, and focuses on five stream tops: Food, Waste, Climate Change, Research, and Curriculum.
As part of Campus Sustainability Month, we are offering our community members the opportunity to learn more about the Food Action Plan and its vision for how we can support a more environmentally and socially sustainable food system, increase access to healthy, culturally inclusive food options, and provide opportunities to learn about food and improve the campus food system.
Join Sabrina Lavoie, Jordan LeBel, and Sebastian Di Poi as they discuss the Food Action Plan in a live Q&A event. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the Sustainable Food Systems Plan and come prepared with your questions for our panelists!
