Prof. Ann-Louise Davidson co-authors white paper on Centres for Teaching and Learning and disruption during COVID-19
Ann-Louise Davidson, Associate Professor in Educational Technology, co-authored a white paper that illuminates how CTLs, and equivalent entities, addressed and plan to address trends and issues in digital learning in the context of educational disruption caused by COVID-91. Led by Nadia Naffi from Université Laval the team recruited nineteen CTLs from Canada, the USA, Lebanon, the UK and France. The size of the centres ranged from three and 150 staff. They engaged directors or representatives of the centres in 90 minutes discussions about the practices they have employed to support online delivery of courses during the COVID-19 pandemic. They also collected and analyzed publicly shared resources from 78 CTLs located in 23 countries.
