The presenter will be Dr. Raphael Shuchat of Bar-Ilan University, Ramat-Gan, Israel. His topic will be: "Rabbi Leib Baron - An Ultra-Orthodox Zionist." The paper will discuss Rabbi Baron's responsa concerning the land of Israel and the modern state as well as his eventual aliya.
