MIGS is pleased to announce that CPAC will be the official media partner of the Montreal International Security Summit that will take place on 16-17 October.
Kyle Matthews will attend the 11th edition of the Warsaw Security Forum taking place on 1-2 October, 2024 in Poland. This flagship event is organized in partnership with the National Security Bureau to the President of the Republic of Poland and NATO, and in close cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense of Poland.

August 19
To mark International Humanitarian Day, MIGS and 412 organizations signed an open letter to the Member States of the UN General Assembly, calling for the protection of civilians and humanitarian workers.

Kyle Matthews, along with MIGS Fellows Fannie Lafontaine and Mark Kersten, co-signed an open letter to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk, calling for the establishment of an international accountability mechanism to end impunity for Iran’s atrocity crimes.

MIGS, along with 79 Canadian, Myanmar and international organizations, signed an open letter to the Prime Minister of Canada, asking for Canada to renew its political, technical, and material commitment for Myanmar’s path toward a peaceful, secure, and inclusive democratic future.
