The Philosophy Department is pleased to announce that Kashanti Sandy, BA student in Philosophy, is the winner of the 2019 Sheila Mason Bursary.
The Sheila Mason Bursary is administered by the Students of Philosophy Association's Inclusivity Project.
It honours the work of Dr. Sheila Mason and her extensive contributions to the Department of Philosophy as Professor and Academic Advisor from 1969 to 2015. For over 40 years, Dr. Mason amplified the voices of women and minorities through her work on feminist theory, care, and ethics.
