Prof. Pablo Gilabert Co-Authors Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy Entry on Socialism
Prof. Pablo Gilabert recently published the entry on Socialism in the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, co-authored with Prof. Martin O’Neill (University of York).
An excerpt reads: “We are concerned to present the main features of socialism, both as a critique of capitalism, and as a proposal for its replacement.”
Prof. Pablo Gilabert is Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Concordia University. His latest book, Human Dignity & Human Rights, was published by Oxford University Press in January 2019. It is the first book-length philosophical account of the significance of human dignity as a central idea for human rights.
