Congratulations to Political Science PhD Student

It is a pleasure to congratulate Philippe Villard, one of our Political Science PhD students. Philippe Villard's article: "Changing Frames of Reference and Regulatory Structures: French Airport Policy in Transition" has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Public Policy, which is one of the top ranked journals in the field. This is a major accomplishment.
