Upcoming Lecture - Public Lecture by Dr. David Morgan March 17, 2016

The Material Religion Initiative presents a public lecture by Dr. David Morgan (Religious Studies, Duke University).  Dr. Morgan's lecture title is: "Images at Work: The Material Culture of Enchantment".  The lecture will take place on Thursday March 17 at 5:30pm in Hall-763 (1455 de Maisonneuve Blvd West).

Dr. Morgan is a historian of Protestant visual culture and a leading figure in the theorization of religious visuality; his most recent book is The Forge of Vision: A Visual History of Modern Christianity (University of California Press, 2015).
