CONGRATULATIONS - Dr. Viviane Namaste

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Viviane Namaste, Professor, Simone de Beauvoir Institute/Women's Studies, on being awarded an FAS Curriculum Innovation Fund grant to develop new interdisciplinary teaching for HUMA students.

Dr. Namaste began at the Institute in July of 2002.  In addition to teaching Feminist Theory courses, Dr. Namaste has also been Principal of the Institute and was appointed CURC (Concordia University Research Chair) in HIV/AIDS and Sexual Health in January 2009, and was then extended until 2014.

Congratulations, again, Viviane, and thank you for your dedication to Concordia and its students.
