Visit from Hydro-Québec

Denis Faubert, head of Research of Hydro Quebec, visited the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science on March 27 for a special presentation by Pragasen Pillay, professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and Hydro-Québec senior industrial research chair in sustainable energy systems.

During his visit, Faubert also met with Robin Drew, dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, and William Lynch, chair of ECE, and was treated to a laboratory  tour by the Concordia Power Electronics and Energy Research Group, of which Pillay is a member.
