Honorable mention for best journal article

Dr. C. J. Willis's paper won honorable mention for the Stephan G. Revay Award for best journal article in the Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering in the area of construction engineering and management. He was also awarded the first ever Global Engineering Award for excellence in teaching.
