Cinema faculty member awarded lifetime achievement prize

Micheline Lanctôt, part-time faculty member at the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema, will receive the Jutra-Hommage, a lifetime achievement award honouring contributions to the Quebec film industry, at the March 23, 2014 Jutra awards ceremony.

Lanctôt has appeared in a wide variety of film and television roles as an actor. Throughout the years, as a director, she has also been nominated for several best director prizes.
