Micheline Lanctôt has been a constant, powerful presence in Quebec cinema for decades. The Concordia part-time faculty member (Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema) has acted in dozens of films, and is currently working on her tenth as a director. On March 23, 2014 at the 16th annual Soirée des Jutra, Lanctôt received the province's most important lifetime achievement award in cinema, the Prix Jutra-Hommage. We sat down with Lanctôt to discuss her professional life.
