Dr Alice Ming Wai Jim wins 2014 Distinguished Teaching Award

Dr Alice Jim will be honoured with a Distinguished Teaching Award from the Faculty of Fine Arts, an award that recognizes the commitment of faculty members to educate and inspire students through superior teaching.

The Graduate and undergraduate students who nominated Dr Jim in the Emerging Teacher category wrote passionately about the exceptional experiences provided to them through Dr Jim's teaching and mentorship. Senior colleagues at Concordia and McGill further praised Dr Jim for her pedagogical achievements and innovative curriculum.
 
Dr Jim will be officially presented with the Award either at the June 11, 2014 Convocation ceremony or at a special Faculty of Fine Arts event. Congratulations to Dr Alice Jim!
