Part-time teaching positions for Fall 2016 – Winter 2017

View all available part-time faculty teaching positions across the university on Concordia University’s Job Opportunities page. Use the search tool “Ctrl + F” and enter “Creative Arts Therapies” to find positions specific to our department.
All candidates applying for part-time teaching must use the "Concordia University - Part-time Teaching Application Form" (Appendix H) in accordance with article 10.10 of the Concordia University Part-time Faculty Association (CUPFA) collective agreement. This form is available at:

If you are applying for a course in the Creative Arts Therapies department:
- The completed application form must be received in the department by Monday, May 16, 2016 before 5:00 pm.
- A hard copy of the application must also be submitted to the Concordia University Part-Time Faculty Association (CUPFA) at 2150 Bishop, S-K 310.
- Include your c.v. and separate documentation demonstrating your qualifications in that area if you are applying for a course that you have not taught at Concordia before.
As specified in Article 10.01 a) of the CUPFA Collective Agreement:
"Only applicants who are defined as Canadian per the definition below at the time of application for a part-time contract shall be given consideration by the PTHC.
'Canadian' means a person who is a citizen of Canada, or who on the date of application for a part-time contract at Concordia University is a permanent resident, or holds a ministerial permit as a consequence of being a refugee or being prohibited from applying for permanent resident status.
Non-Canadians shall only be eligible to receive Reserve Courses as per Article 10.24, and therefore shall be classified as Adjuncts or Graduate Students."
