Art Therapy graduate student presented at Rethinking Africa’s Urban Future(s) conference

Art Therapy graduate student Hamid Ayoub received a prestigious award from the Sudanese delegation, including the Canadian Ambassador of Sudan, who attended his presentation of “Public Art Therapy in Sudan: Urban Youth at risk and with Mental Health Challenges.” The presentation took place on October 4, 2019 at a recent conference titled Rethinking Africa’s Urban Future(s), hosted by Concordia’s African Studies Working Group in partnership with McGill University’s Institute for the Study of International Development.
