MSc students win at IGC
A team of MSc students from the John Molson School of Business has won the Best Written Report award at the fifth edition of the International Graduate Competition. The week-long business case competition is hosted annually by HEC Montréal.
Concordia’s team was composed of Nathaniel Mayer-Heft, Shushu Feng, Ryan Amsden and Renata Bubic and coached by Robert Nason, an assistant professor in the Department of Management.
Teams were presented with a business case that was centred on Communautique, an NGO for innovation. They had 48 hours to produce a ten-minute pitch, prepare a 30-minute presentation and write a 60-page report.
After the competition, the team was approached by Communautique, whose representatives are interested in applying some of the team’s recommendations.
