Congratulations to Juliana Garcia, Class of 2018
We are pleased to announce that as of September 1st, Juliana Garcia (Montreal, Canada) assumed the role of Product Manager for the Shim, Sealants and Adhesives product range at Socomore.
Throughout her 6 years with the company, working as Technical Support for North America, Juliana has been able to combine her technical expertise in aerospace chemical processes and her interest in product development and innovation, to lead several collaborative development and approval projects with key customers in North America (Boeing, Bombardier, Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney, etc).
In her new role, Juliana will be working closely with Socomore R&D, global manufacturing, and key account managers to ensure the successful development, growth, market positioning and achievement of profitability targets for Socomore's shim, sealants, and adhesives portfolio.
Juliana will be responsible for product line evolution and life cycle management, pricing and P&L business plan. Juliana also holds an MSc in Chemistry.
