November 21 protest at Henry F. Hall Building
At 2 p.m. on November 21, two large groups of protesters, respectively coming from west and east of the downtown campus, joined other protesters in front of the Henry F. Hall Building.
About 30 minutes later, while some protesters remained outside, others pushed Campus Safety and Prevention Services (CSPS) agents to force their entry in the building.
Some 300 to 400 students walked through Hall lobby and floors leaving some graffiti and damaging some doors.
Protestors came back out and again gathered in front of the Hall building. They then walked west on de Maisonneuve, south on Guy street, east on Ste-Catherine Street and up MacKay street, and came back in front of the Hall Building.
They dispersed around 4 pm.
Police was present near campus throughout.
