On Thursday, May 8, the Canadiens enter into Game 4 of the NHL playoffs against the Boston Bruins. Whether celebrating a win or commiserating a loss, fan behaviour can often turn ugly. Angela Ford-Rosenthal, a lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, can answer questions about group behaviour and deviance.
