Brian Mulroney to be named chairman of Quebecor Inc.
Former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney will assume greater responsibility at telecom and media giant Quebecor Inc. as the company draws a further line between itself and its controlling shareholder, Pierre Karl Péladeau.
