Boko Haram kidnaps more Nigerian Girls
Nigeria's Islamist insurgency, Boko Haram, kidnapped another 20 girls from the same small town where the group abducted several hundred school girls in April. According to local officials, the latest attack exposes the military's absence in an area the Nigerian president pledged to protect. Daniel Douek, an instructor in the Department of Political Science, can share his expertise on guerrilla movements and politics in Africa.
