Lost ship from Franklin expedition found
On Sunday, September 7, a remotely operated underwater vehicle searching the Victoria Strait discovered one of the lost ships from the Franklin Arctic expedition - though researchers aren’t sure yet whether it’s HMS Terror or HMS Erebus. Julie Perrone, post-doctoral researcher in Concordia’s Centre for Oral History and Digital Storytelling, is currently working on a collaborative research project surrounding the mystery of the Franklin Expedition.
