Global community stands behind Iraq
Leaders of more than 30 countries gathered in Paris on Monday to discuss a global response to counter the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) pledged to support Iraq by all possible means to fight jihadists, including providing military support. Kyle Matthews, senior deputy director of the Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies, can weigh in on what this decision might mean for the global community.
