Cardinal Jean-Claude Turcotte receiving end-of-life care
On Tuesday, September 16 Montreal's Catholic Archbishop Christian Lépine announced that his predecessor, Cardinal Jean-Claude Turcotte, is now in critical condition and is receiving end-of-life care. Donald Boisvert, associate professor in the Department of Religion, and Paul Allen, associate professor of the Department of Theological Studies, can weigh in on the influence that Turcotte had on Montreal and Catholicism.
