Key info for international students
Immigration authorities earlier confirmed that exceptionally, you were allowed to start your studies remotely if you were not yet in in Canada for the start of the fall term due to:
- delays in obtaining immigration documents
- delays in biometrics testing
- border closures or travel restrictions immigration.
If you started the term remotely, you must arrive in Montreal by the university’s DISC deadline, November 8, 2021.
Undergraduate students

| Returning undergraduate international students who are not in Canada and who do not have valid immigration documents | Once you obtain your immigration documents, please upload them by November 8. Result If the university does not receive copies of your immigration documents by November 8, you will be de-registered. If you decide to take a leave from the fall 2021 term, you may face: Potential negative impact on the future renewal of CAQ and / or disqualification from to PEQ, PGWP and PR programs. Possibility that you may not be able to complete your degree at Concordia if you are unable to return |
