Speak up: Rate campus facilities
Facilities Management is looking for feedback from faculty, staff and students on Concordia’s buildings and services.
A new survey has been launched to glean intelligence that will will help Facilities Management focus on the areas or services requiring improvement.
Past surveys have identified problem areas, many of which have already improved. Shuttle bus service was among previous areas of complaint, but that decreased after shuttle service was bolstered and rolling stock was replaced.
At present, the biggest complaint concerns the escalators in the Henry F. Hall Building. That issue is about to be resolved. As of January 2011, the university will undertake a major $15 million construction project to replace the 40-year-old equipment.
This latest Facilities Management survey will provide useful information only if it is completed by those most affected: Concordians. Two respondents will win a $200 gift certificate at the Concordia Bookstore.
Please take a few minutes to provide feedback. Le sondage est également disponible en français.
