Call for nominations for evaluation committees
At the November 17 meeting, Concordia’s Board of Governors established evaluation committees for three senior academic administrators seeking a second term. The Provost and Vice-President, Academic Affairs David Graham, University Librarian Gerald Beasley, and Robin Drew, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science have all indicated they will seek second terms when their respective first terms end June 30, 2013.
These committees have been established in accordance with the provisions set out in the Evaluation Procedure for Senior Academic Administrators and for the President and Vice-Chancellor prior to the expiry of their first mandate (Policy BD-8).
Composition of committees
The composition of the Evaluation Committee for the Provost and Vice-President, Academic Affairs requires one (1) administrative and support staff member (permanent full- or part-time) from the units reporting to the Provost and Vice-President, Academic Affairs.
The composition of the Evaluation Committee for the University Librarian requires one (1) administrative and support staff member (permanent full- or part-time) from the Libraries.
The composition of the Evaluation Committee for the Dean of Engineering and Computer Science requires one (1) administrative and support staff member (permanent full- or part-time) from Engineering and Computer Science.

Deadline for nominations
The deadline for nominations is December 9, 2011.
Electoral College
The Electoral College will convene on Monday, December 12, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the John Molson School of Business Building, Room MB 14.250.
