GradProSkills is an innovative program of workshops, webinars, online resources and intensive French-language training equips graduate students and post-doctoral fellows with professional skills that complement their discipline-based formation.

The workshops are designed to help individuals develop the skills needed to balance work, studies and personal responsibilities. Topics include writing, communication, job search, stress and time management, teaching techniques, thesis and research, and funding.

Professional development workshops are offered in communication and networking, job search, and research and management. Workshops are free; however, there are fees for non-attendance.

Since its launch in August 2011, GradProSkills has delivered 120 workshops with more than 3,000 registrations.

GradProSkills workshops, webinars and language courses are offered in partnership with Concordia service departments, faculty, alumni and staff, as well as select external partners.

For specific dates and times for the Winter 2012 workshops, visit the GradProSkills website.
