Welcome message from President and Vice-Chancellor Alan Shepard
I would like to send a warm hello to all members of the Concordia community on my first day at the university.
It’s a pleasure to join Concordia, which has strong historic roots through its two founding institutions and a bright future.
Naturally I have a lot to learn about Concordia and I am looking forward to meeting members of our community in the weeks and months to come, to talk about how we can continue to build the university as a great place to study, work, research and teach.
The university is at an auspicious point in its development—and the dynamism, creativity and engagement of its people are its most valuable qualities. Its future will be what we build together.
