Services Sector wants to hear from you
I am listening – that is the message Roger Côté wants people to hear. The vice-president, Services, is holding a series of dialogue sessions called We’re Listening to obtain feedback on people’s experiences with different services.
“Our goal is to listen to the community. If we want to meet the evolving needs of our students, faculty and staff members, we need to know what is working and what can be improved or enhanced,” explains Côté.
The Services Sector supports the university’s academic mission and has a broad mandate that includes providing services to enhance the university community experience, to support university-wide technology services, and to ensure a safe campus.
Côté invites members of the community to attend the three remaining sessions, which will focus on IT and IS and the university’s physical environment. Two sessions have already been held to ask people to provide feedback on student services.
Sessions are open to students, faculty and staff members. Refreshments will be available.
