There is still time to donate to this year’s 5 Days for the Homeless campaign.

Concordia students slept in the streets of the Quartier Concordia for five nights last week to raise funds and awareness of homelessness as part of the national annual 5 Days for the Homeless campaign.

Josh Redler, a John Molson School of Business alumnus, has been leading the Montreal campaign since Concordians first took part in 2008. Concordia's involvement in the campaign has raised more than $175,000 for Montreal's Dans la rue, a community-based organization that works with street kids and at-risk youth.

Four other Montreal-based universities are participating in the campaign: McGill, HEC Montréal, Université de Montréal and ESG (the management school) at UQÀM. This year’s campaign has raised more than $21,000 so far.
