Members of the Concordia community are invited to an open meeting on June 13 to meet Paula Wood-Adams, the candidate being recommended by the advisory search committee for the position of dean of the School of Graduate Studies.

The open meeting of the Council of the School of Graduate Studies takes place from 10 to 11 a.m. in the York Amphitheatre (Room EV-1.605) in the Engineering, Computer Science and Visual Arts Integrated Complex, across from the FOFA Gallery, 1515 Ste-Catherine St. W.

Members of the council will be given initial speaking privileges, as outlined in the Policy BD-5, Rules and Procedures for Senior Administrative Appointments. If time permits, other members of the university may be granted speaking privileges.

The advisory search committee is also accepting written comments about the candidate, which must be submitted no later than no later than 12 p.m. on June 21, 2013. Submissions can be emailed to Andrea Renaud, secretary to the advisory search committee, at andrea.renaud@concordia.ca.
