Concordia is observing a holiday schedule on Monday, May 19, 2014.
No classes or other instructional activities will occur. Only staff, faculty and graduate students with appropriate university-issued identification will be able to access offices, studios and laboratories; undergraduate students will require a letter from their respective departments.
May 19 closures:
- Shuttle buses will not be operational
- Le Gym (Sir George Williams Campus)
- Le Centre (Loyola Campus)
Other relevant information:
Libraries
- Both libraries will be open for study only. Please note that when the R. Howard Webster library is open on holidays, the Mackay Street entrance must be used.
- They will close at 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 18 and reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20
Food services
- For those with a Concordia meal plan, the Buzz and the Zest will remain open
- Chartwells food service units will be closed
Parking
- Parking in the J.W. McConnell (LB) Building will remain open
- Loyola parking will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight
- Faubourg Tower parking will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight
Tunnel access
- The tunnels on the Sir George Williams Campus will be closed from 11 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20.
