University to operate on holiday schedule on Labour Day

Concordia will operate on a holiday schedule on Monday, September 1 (Labour Day).
No classes or instructional activities will occur. Only staff, faculty and graduate students with appropriate university-issued identification will be able to access offices, studios and laboratories; undergraduate students will require a letter from their respective departments.
Shuttle bus
- Shuttle buses will not be operational.
Gyms
- Le Gym (Sir George Williams Campus) will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Saturday hours)
- Le Centre (Loyola Campus) will be closed.
Libraries
- The R. Howard Webster and Georges P. Vanier libraries will be closed.
Food services
- For those with Concordia meal plans, the Buzz and Zest will remain open.
- Chartwells food service units will be closed.
Parking
- Parking in the J.W. McConnell (LB) Building will remain open.
- Parking in the Faubourg (FT) Tower will be available from 6 a.m. to midnight.
- Parking on the Loyola Campus will be available from 6 a.m. to midnight.
Tunnel access
- The tunnels will be closed from 11 p.m. on August 31 to 6:30 a.m. on September 2.
